Our parent company, Daiichi Kigenso Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd. (“DKK”) updated its corporate governance report at the end of last month.
We understand that for us as a company to prove ourselves to society, and continue to grow, we must demonstrate compliance with ethical rules, laws, and regulations to earn the trust of all internal and external stakeholders. We believe that strengthening the soundness, and transparency of management, making proper management decisions, and disclosing information properly based on this understanding are the fundamental principles of good corporate governance.
Employee Magazine
DKK has been publishing employee newsletters every month for many years. In addition to the monthly publication of our “President’s Message,” this month’s edition of the magazine recognized employees with 5, 10, …, 30, 35, and 40 years of service. DKA occasionally submits articles that introduce Michigan, the US, and other topics to our associates in Japan in order to inform them about this region that is so important to our company.
